Negative: The noise was very distracting. If the rooms are not soundproof, better to ask guests to not make a lot of noise while they check in late. Better not slam the doors…

Positive: We had a bed to sleep on during our stay and the employees were nice. The soaps in the bathroom smelled great.
Negative: No fan in the bathroom. The access area in the bathroom ceiling leaked water that we had to keep a towel around or wipe off before sitting on the toilet. The phone did not work in our room. The AC was run by a thermostat on the wall, but zero directions about it. The restaurant served ketchup by individual packets on a plate with cooked food. Ice machine didn’t work on the 1st floor. Why does EVERY room have access to connect to the next room?
Summary: We had friends staying on the 9th floor, you can tell where they spent money on room updates.

Positive: This hotel was close to where we needed to be; comfortable beds and friendly front desk staff. I also appreciated the shuttle since we arrived at the airport at 11:30 PM.
Negative: I reserved this stay through booking.com. On the app, I was given a final price, but when I checked out, the price I was charged was about $5 more. (I do realize that the breakfast w tax and tip was not on the price quote from Booking.com). Of course, $5 is no big deal, but overall I felt like the rate was high enough. So I don't really too confident about this place if the price I was given by Booking.com was not in fact the price I was charged. Also, on the website, it says, very close to the top, "free breakfast." But when you get down farther on the main page, you see that breakfast is available for an additional charge. This really needs to be fixed.

Positive: Upon arrival, we were exhausted from the twenty-hour drive. Operating within a constrained budget, we had not anticipated the additional fee for early room access. The front desk staff demonstrated a willingness to assist us with room arrangements.
Negative: Regarding the amenities, I had anticipated a heated pool or hot tub, and I must admit to a degree of disappointment in their absence.
